Mission
Strength training that supports your life — not competes with it.

Real life is busy.
Your workouts should make the rest of your life easier — not more stressful. I help clients build lasting strength while balancing the demands of work, family, and everything else on their plate.

Training with purpose.
Through personalized strength and nutrition programs, I guide people toward sustainable results — stronger, more confident movement that lasts far beyond the gym.

Learn the “why.”
I don’t just coach what to do — I teach why it works. You’ll walk away with tools, knowledge, and habits that help you stay consistent and self-reliant.
Relationships come first.
I believe great coaching starts with real connection. I invest in knowing my clients as people, not just sets and reps.
Because strength changes more than your body.
When you build physical strength, you gain the mindset and resilience to handle anything life throws your way. That’s what I help my clients discover through Chase | Strength.

Clients I Support
Women New to Lifting
I cater to women brand new to working out (especially you 35+ ladies!), who want to learn how to correctly strength train and build muscle. It's an absolute pleasure to empower women to take their rightful place in the gym, and to teach them how to truly look forward to training.
I provide an encouraging, personalized coaching experience- centered around learning proper technique, building strength, and fostering a positive relationship with your body.
Beat Up Athletes & Gym Veterans
If you’ve been lifting for years but now feel it in your joints more than your muscles — I’ve been there. You don’t have to live with daily aches just because you train hard.

I work with experienced lifters and recreational athletes who want to keep doing what they love — without nagging pain, plateaus, or burnout.
With a background in competitive Olympic weightlifting and rehab-informed coaching, I teach strategies that support long-term performance, movement quality, and recovery.
You’ll learn how to train smarter, stay resilient, and keep lifting for the long haul.
