About
Hey, I'm Jaime!
I found lifting when I was 23, fresh out of undergrad and in the middle of my "oh sh*t, how do I do this real life thing?!" phase.
In strength training, I found a feeling of capability I didn't know I was missing. A quiet to my busy mind. A drive to be the healthiest version of myself.
12 years later... and I still can't get enough of learning and sharing my knowledge of how to be successful in training! I'm committed to improving and continually seek out opportunities to sharpen my coaching expertise.
